APPLICATION
➜ All players are capped at three characters per fandom. There is no over all character limit per player.
➜ If two of the same character are applied with the same deviation, the mods will ultimately make the final decision on which one is accepted based upon which one they feels is the best representation of that deviation.
➜ Should your application be rejected three times, you are not permitted to apply for the character again.
